A round about way to get to one of my favorite postures: ARDHA MATSYANDRASANA. Better known as Seated Spinal Twist. It’s what Yoga is notorious for: Making oneself into a pretzel. And in that way, carving out space for the Mind + Body to Relax! You will need a blanket and possibly a belt.
